Before we start, you will have to know about xtream code IPTV servers and how they are different from Stalker IPTV servers. Xtream code IPTV servers work with username and password as well as Mac address. There are many kind of smart devices that we can run IPTV on, such as Android boxes, Mag box, Nvidia Shield, Smart tv, Apple tv, Buzztv box, Formular box, Amazon Firestick and much more. Some of these smart devices are specifically made for IPTV and have their own media player to play IPTV channels with such as Mag box, Buzz TV box, Formular box etc. and other smart devices need a third party IPTV applications to run IPTV subscription on such as  Smarters pro app, XC IPTV and STB Emu apps. 

When watching live tv channels and you keep getting buffering or freezing on all tv channels the first thing to check is go to your  app settings and do a internet speed test to make sure there is no issue with our internet connection. I believe you can also do a speed test by going to settings on Smarters PRO IPTV app. Another option would be open chrome browser or any third party internet browser and go to https://speedtest.net and click on RUN SPEED TEST. It’s important to do all the speed tests on the device you are watching IPTV on, not on your mobile phone, Computer, Laptop etc, because you may get a faster speed on your mobile or computer but on your Android box or Firestick you may get a slower Internet speed, for this reason it’s a must to do a speed test on the device we watch IPTV on. Keep in mind that IPTV will run even with slow internet  download speed, however we recommend to have minimum stable 25mbps internet speed to be able to watch hustle free. Now days in the city we all usually get over 300mbps internet speed anyways unless you live in a countryside village or forest area. Now that you have enough information about how to check your internet speed the next thing will be to check if anyone in your circle of friends and family is using your username and password. Please pay attention that when you purchase your IPTV server it’s usually for connections you have bought which means it can be used on as many devices BUT sometimes family remembers use the same username and password on multiple devices that were not paid for and both the family remembers suffer from freezing and buffering problems. And run a very very big chance of being banned from service. For this reason we always recommend to not share your username and password with anyone. If your internet speed is good and you are still getting buffering almost on all channels, then this is the sign that your account maybe used by someone else. It will play tv channels for about 5 seconds and buffer and then play and buffer and continue like this then this is the sign that your account maybe used by someone else. 

If all your live tv channels are playing good like local news channels like CP24, CNN, Discovery, Animal Planet etc. but sport channels don’t play such as SportsNet, TSN, DAZN and PPV Channels and sometimes during a special game or PPV you won’t get any channels, it will keep circling and buffering. This could be an indication that sport channels on your IPTV server is getting blocked and to unblock it you must use a VPN to hide your connection activities.  Please continue reading to educate yourself about VPN and when to use VPN.

WHAT IS VPN !

VPN stands for virtual private network. By using VPN you hide your network information and all your internet activities will be hidden encrypted or masked from your Internet provider company as well as all the websites you use. VPN does slow down internet connection and should be used with caution when using IPTV. VPN should only be used if you believe your IPTV sport channels are blocked and if you want to unblock it. When using VPN please remember to always connect to your country of residence IP Address. This is because if you connect to a different country IP Address on your VPN APP or software your IPTV provider software will automatically change the IP Address of being allowed to watch tv from to the country you last connected your VPN to and then you always have to connect to that countries IP Address to be able to watch IPTV otherwise channels will not play unless we reset your IPTV account from our end. For example on your VPN App you live in Canada and your IPTV is working great but all of the sudden you purchase VPN service and connect to USA IP Address, this now resets your IPTV account and your IP Address will be locked to USA and will allow you only to watch from USA.

RESET WI-FI NETWORK !

Sometimes big problems can be solved very easy. If you are getting a slow internet speed on your smart device or your tv channels are not working it can be a problem with your internet modem Wi-Fi network. The easiest way would be simply unplug your Internet modem and your IPTV device for about 30 minutes and after thirty minutes plug in your internet modem and wait about 5 minutes for Wi-Fi to connect and then turn on your IPTV device and try again.

MOVIES / TV SHOWS BUFFERING & FREEZING

When watching movies and tv shows sometimes you may encounter buffering or freezing problems. You may also experience watching a movie and it may stop and kick back to the start of the movie without you touching it. If this often happens then there is a easy fix. Sometimes the IPTV media player needs to be changed and it’s super easy to do so. Depends on the IPTV app you use, you could be using Smarters pro IPTV app or one of the many apps all you need to do is go to the settings of the app and change the media player.

CHANGE THE MEDIA PLAYER 

Change the media player you are now using.

Keep in mind that you may not have these players in your smart device or firestick by default, you may have to download them from there respective site.

It’s important to know that by changing your player most of the time solves buffering and freezing but not always and the movies and tv series still buffer or freeze. Then it may be an issue with the device itself.

Once you have changed your media player and if all works properly you can go back and watch your movie or tv shows. You may have to keep playing with it order for you to find the right player that works for you. Keep in mind that the free media players that you download may show ads from time to time. If your problem is still not solved then you may need a new smart device such as android boxes or Firestick etc. or you may need a different IPTV server. You now know how to fix all your IPTV freezing on your firestick devices, android boxes, smart tv, smarters pro app, xciptv apk and much more. 

 

Unplug your TV from the wall, as well as your router for 1 Minute, and upload your M3U file or m3u URL again to the SIPTV website and that should fix it.
NOTE: Remember to Use the delete playlist option first, then try adding playlist again.

You need to use a MAC address (unique identifier code ) for connecting with any IPTV services. The MAC address always takes on the form 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX

To connect your device, you need to follow the instruction steps given with your device. On all IPTV-Set Top Boxes you can find this directly on the sticker underneath the box.

Our services use the latest H264 technology, offering the best compression and quality. The IPTV stream sizes are roughly around 8 Mbit. However when changing channels the H264 protocol may bounce higher slightly to begin showing the picture, this is why a 25 Mbit minimum internet connection speed .  Keep in mind that IPTV services have been well known to work with 8.0 Mbps without issue.

https://www.speedtest.net/ to test your internet connection, Do this few times through the day. This will give you a good idea of the overall internet speed available to you. A stable minimum 8.0 Mbps is the minimum requirement.

But keep in mind an unstable internet will cause issues. You can test this during your SPEED TEST , The lower the PING the more stable your connection will  be. Ideally the closer to ZERO the better.

We say allow up to 12 hours but this is normally done within a few minutes most of the time. You will receive an email with your login crededials to put the IPTV on the device you choose to put it on.

Please perform a restart on your equipment as your first attempt at troubleshooting.

Power off your router, pull the plug for 1 min and power on again. This will clear the cache from your router. Then turn your TV box or Smart TV off, pull the plug for 1 minute and turn and back on. This will clear out all the old cache settings from your router and device and should provide a fresh connection.

Yes, our service is available everyone on earth with a Minimum 25mbps but most services have been known  run on 4.0 mbps Internet Service in some cases.

Please check your network connection, reboot your router and device, and then try again.

Secondly, if your network connection is stable,( A lower ping during a speed test is a more stable connection ). Please check whether your account is used on devices you have not subscribed to as you can can only use more than 1 device at the same time so long as you subscribed to extra connections . Also if your network connection is stable, please check whether your account is paid and up to date.
Or banned do to misuse of our service

We strive to provide you with a high level of service at very discounted rates. So please keep this in mind first and foremost.

If a channel is down, we will do our best to restore that back to service.

Please use the guidelines below before reporting a channel:

  • Stop and give it a couple of minutes. We reboot and swap channels when needed. The channel may be coming back.

  • Is this happening on all channels? If it is, you need to check on your end.

  • Reboot your devices and wait for 30 secs before turning them back on (STBs, Android Boxes, Routers, Cable modems).

  • Make sure you are connecting using a LAN (Ethernet) cable to devices and not via Wifi.

If the link is not working, always check the link on PC using the VLC software. If it works it means that there is something wrong on your end.

When typing in your M3U link make sure you are not entering any space and you are not using your M3U link on other devices. Contact Us if the link does not work on your PC after troubleshooting.

  • Is your Internet speed at the recommended minimum— 8 Mbps for HD channels—or higher?

  • Is your device wired in (Ethernet) or is it connected wirelessly (WiFi or mobile data)? Ethernet will always be faster and more stable; use Ethernet, if you can.

  • Are your device’s specs powerful enough to effortlessly handle live HD streaming?

  • If you’re using an STB emulator did you follow the steps in our guide to Setup Android STB Emulator?

  • If you’re using an STB emulator have you tried wiping your app’s cache then restarting your device?

  • If you’re using an MAG box have you tried restarting your device?

  • If you’re using an Android device/MAG box have you tried logging out then factory resetting your device?

  • Have you double-checked the server portals we sent you in the activation e-mail?

  • For the MAG box, we recommend that they use the older version.

NOTE: Please be informed that there is an ongoing blocking issue with MAG Box that is manufactured by Informir. Rest assured though that our technical team is hard at work in reviewing the issue further to help our valued subscribers be able to use the service with this device again.

In the meantime, we highly suggest doing a Factory Reset on the device and then disable Software Auto-Update and turn Beta off in Settings. Load the Firmware on its original or oldest version like v14.
If it still doesn’t work, we can cancel your service. Our customer’s satisfaction is most important to us.

Since IPTV delivers international programming to your TV via the Internet, no satellite dish is required. Moreover, To qualify, you need a high-speed internet connection of at least 4.0 Mbps or higher. .

No, our servers work everywhere on earth whether you are in America , Europe, Asia, Australia, or Africa you should receive exactly the same performance, just so long as you have a stable connection.

Please check whether your account is used on other devices.
Please note that 1 subscription can only be used on 1 device at the same time unless you have subscribed to a multi  device connection package, otherwise your account would be banned because of automatic security defense.

We only restore it 1 time. If your account is banned again after restoration please be aware it will be permanent.
If you abuse our service with using multiple devices for 1 subscription be aware we may permanently ban your subscription.

If you are using a set-top box such as MAG and have just set up your device with our service, you will need to perform a hard reset of your device. Simply power off your device, unplug your power cable and re-plug it in.

For Kodi, you will need to clear your cache. If unsuccessful, attempt a re-install of Kodi itself.

Check if you entered your activation details correctly.

Check your network connection, reboot your router and device, and then try again.

If you have PC/Laptop, etc. connected to same internet network check if you are not overloading your network with downloading or watching movies, etc… on these devices.

Your Internet needs to be minimum 8 MBps Download and 4 Mbps upload speed this in most of the cases will be enough to watch IPTV , but our recommendation is to have very high internet speed with lan cable connected not Wireless.

Most important is that your internet to be stable and to have low latency ping when you run interent test speed,your ping should be lower then 5 usually when you have high ping you will have buffering issues, it means your internet not stable.

Reboot your devices and wait for 30 sec before turning them back on (STBs, Android Boxes, Routers, Cable modems)

Make sure you are connecting using a LAN (Ethernet) cable to devices and not via Wifi for your best connection.

If your network connection is no problem, please check whether your account is used on other devices.

Check if the device/app/program got the latest software and firmware updates.

Check the download speed on the actual device that is streaming our service, you may have 50mbs on your computer, but the device could be considerably slower, indicating a problem on your internal network.

Check for any high processor demanding applications running in the background that can be stopped, this is very important for low-end devices.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your app/program.

Usually we are online in the chat . If not , issuing a ticket for account activation or technical support will get responded during working hours in North America time ( CDT ) , that’s usually within a couple of hours. Evenings and weekends may take us a little bit longer

We can not promise all channels are working properly due to Internet speed, Individual channel technical difficulties or if incompatible device/app/program is used.

 Did you give us the correct MAC address?
Are you using a firewall, proxy or VPN? If so, our servers won’t allow you to connect if that ip was banned , restricted before.
Is your Internet speed at the recommended minimum 8 Mbps for HD channelsor higher?
Is your device wired in (Ethernet) or is it connected wirelessly (WiFi or mobile data)? Ethernet will always be faster and more stable; use Ethernet, if you can.
Are your devices specs powerful enough to effortlessly handle live HD streaming?
If you’re using an STB emulator did you follow the steps in our guide to Setup Android STB Emulator?
If you’re using an STB emulator have you tried wiping your apps cache then restarting your device?
If you’re using a MAG box have you tried restarting your device?
If you’re using an Android device/MAG box have you tried logging out then factory resetting your device?
Have you double-checked the server portals we sent you in the activation e-mail?
Mag boxes especially older models are unable to loat heavy data and will stuck when you try to load ( connect to portal ) stuck on yellow bar for more then 30 minutes . in this case we must remove content from your plalylist to make your box load you must contact us.

Streaming television without downloading anything is perfectly legal in many countries. However, it is important for end users to conduct thorough research on the laws and regulations regarding streaming in their respective countries to avoid any legal repercussions. It is worth noting that Jadeiptv.com cannot guarantee the legality of streaming in your specific location, as laws may vary drastically from one country to another. Therefore, it is always recommended to consult with a legal expert or authoritative body to ensure that your actions are permitted by the law.

Free trials are bad because they don’t last long enough to allow you to get the full sense of a service. In order to truly experience a service you will need to try them for at least 2 weeks. 2 weeks allows you to see how the service runs during big live events, sports and PPV. You can’t get a sense of a service in 24 hours. Also, free trials can clog up a service with traffic from free trial users causing slowdowns for paying users and paying users don’t want anyone to slow their service down.

 

Some customers are having trouble watching European events. Try to use VPN from a non European country. Anyone is having trouble watching service, please try the following standard procedure below.
Be sure to try ALL of the steps, including checking on a mobile device if you really want to fix the problem!

Standard Procedure:

Check your internet speed on www.speedtest.net Make sure your internet speed is adequate.
Check that your username and password is entered correctly. It’s case sensitive!
Check the service on your Phone or iPad , Tablet or any other devices than the one you are having issues with using the IPTVSmarters Pro app; aor the app of your choice. Try with WiFi ON and WiFi OFF. If it works on your phone something may me wrong with your device.
Try with VPN on and VPN off. Try a different, far away country for VPN. Your ISP could be blocking an entire region.
Refresh your app
Clear data and cache and log in again. Yes you MUST CLEAR THE DATA AND CACHE!

Download a fresh app from the website
Reset your modem and router and your device
